Scottish & Newcastle Pub Company is the leased pub division of Heineken UK and operates over 2000 pubs in partnership with individual business people throughout the UK. S&N Pub Company is recognised as being the leased pub company of choice, with a huge variety of pubs in some of the best possible locations.
All SNPC pubs are offered on a leased basis often known as a "tenancy". Essentially, you invest capital and take responsibility for a pub, which you run as your own small business. You would be responsible for most aspects of managing the business including employing staff.

Some pubs will only be available on specific lease types, but we will always endeavour to find the best lease for your particular business needs, skills and experience.
